Leadership can be a lonely place. As a ministry our heart is to support and empower leaders in whatever way we can. Some of what we offer is:
Prophetic Input: This can be either personally or corporately. Listening to the Lord to hear what He is saying to you and for you as leaders, or taking hold of blueprints in the spirit realm for what He has in store for your church.
Mentoring: This is done relationally. We act as a sounding board for you to bring your plans. We will offer you input and strategic thinking, on a regular basis, to take hold of what the Father is saying for you personally or for your church.
Apostolic Oversight: Once again this is relationally based. The purpose of this is to help leaders recognise, understand and take dominion of their specific mountains. Mountains being the specific sphere of influence the Father has given you as a leader. As part of this we will teach you how to access the supernatural realm to see and understand your mountains, as well as how to deal with, in the spirit realm, the opposition that comes at you to oppose you fully occupying your mountain and operating in the authority heaven has released for you.
Inner Healing for Leaders: We also recognise that leaders spend a vast amount of their time and energy ministering to those they are called to, but often have nowhere to go for ministry themselves. We offer a tailor made ministry package for leaders based on their individual needs.
We host an Empowering Leaders Gathering. Providing a space for leaders to come (and bring their leadership teams if they choose) for a 4 day relational gathering. There will be teaching and activation on accessing the spirit realm in order to see and understand their mandates, mantles and mountains. There will also be prophetic input and seeking blueprints for the next 12 months.
Creating an environment where leaders can build relationship with us and with each other, to come into agreement for each other with the plans and purposes the Father has for them. Where two or three agree, it shall be established. In the Kingdom of Heaven we can celebrate what the Father has for others as well as for ourselves.
